Register to Vote | Update Your Registration

To register to vote or to update your voter registration information, go to the Ohio Secretary of State webpage located here https://olvr.ohiosos.gov/  

 You must register or update your voter registration (if you moved, changed your name, or have not voted in recent electionsno later than 30 days prior to an election.

If you register or update your information after the deadline, the change will apply for the next election. 

2023 Election Guide 

Primary: May 2, 2023

Military & Overseas Absentee Voting: Begins March 17

Deadline to Register to Vote: April 3

Early In-Person Voting: Begins April 4 and includes the Saturday, Sunday and Monday before Election Day

Absentee Voting By Mail: Begins April 4

Election Day: May 2 (Polls Open 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.) 

Special Election:  August 8, 2023 

Military & Overseas Absentee Voting: Begins June 23

Deadline to Register to Vote: July 10

Early In-Person Voting: Begins July 11 and includes the Saturday, Sunday and Monday before Election Day

Absentee Voting By Mail: Begins July 11

Election Day: August 8 (Polls Open 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.)

General Election: November 7, 2023

Deadline to Register to Vote: October 9

Early In-Person Voting: Begins October 10 and includes the Saturday, Sunday and Monday before Election Day

Absentee Voting By Mail: Begins October 10

Election Day: November 7 (Polls Open 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.)
