Chronicle-Telegram Endorses Jamison against Fischer

Fischer has opined that he would not agree that women have a right to choose and went further to opine that substantive due process, a foundational legal principle that guarantees personal freedoms, should not have been followed in Plessy v. Ferguson, which found that separate schools were not equal, or the Dred Scott decision which ended slavery.
